Kinley's 3rd Birthday

For K's 3rd Birthday, I decided to have a "Pink" party. She will tell you her favorite color is pink at least 10 times a day, so that is what we went with. I was able to have it at our new house this year, and I think it was my favorite party so far. As you can see, everything was pink and the guests were asked to participate by wearing pink also. I think she loved every second of it! It is hard to believe 3 years have gone by already. I love her more and more each day!!!

Tissue pom poms (not an easy task for me) :)

Pink Candy Buffet

I really wanted to do a ruffle cake. With the heat we've been having, I was told it would fall. I think this look-a-like turned out great though.

I made the cupcakes. Not too bad for my first time.

Paw Paw had this chair made for his little princess. Its a rocker glider chair. I love it, and hope to see K pass it down to her own kids one day.
I got K the bike. Of course it had to be pink!

Kinley's First Dance Class 8-7-12

Kinley started dance today. (I can't believe how big she is!) She has class every Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30. Here is my Cutie Patootie in her tutu.

Here are a couple of videos. They aren't very good. Parents are not allowed in class, so I had to record through a small window with several partents trying to see as well. They were all so precious!

A Fun Safari

On Memorial Day we traveled to the Safari Park in Alamo with Grammie and Aunt Amy. This is a fun place to go if you have a child who loves animals. K is scared of them, so Grammie did all the feeding. K still had a great time, and it was a wonderful experience for her. Thanks Grammie!

K's look of panic! She wouldn't move out of my lap. lol

These guys were staying cool in the mud.

This is how close they get to your car.

Busy May Days

May was a little crazy for us. We finally sold our house in Martin, and I am in the process of buying us a new house. We have been spending time at the park and taking the kiddos on some fun activities. This is a post of our time at the park with the ducks, and the trip to Memphis Children's Museum and Build a Bear.

K enjoyed feeding the ducks till the mean goose got her.

Watch Out! K is working ground control!
And now she's flying the plane!

Looks like J stole a cop's bike.
K loved fishing!
Catching with the net was her favorite.
Off to the grocery for some shopping.
Self check out I suppose.

Here is a clip of K making her bunny. Too cute!

She named her bunny Hoppie Steele, of course.
And finally, a train ride before we headed back home.
